From May 18th to 19th, Yipuji organized a team building activity with the theme of "Everything Grows, Lasting Love" in the beautiful Nanshan Bamboo Sea in Liyang, Changzhou. In this beautiful season, the Yipuji people present interpreted the power of the team with their actions, watered the cohesion of the team with their enthusiasm, and showed the upward growth of Yipuji employees.
This chapter of team building kicked off in the gentle breeze of Nanshan Bamboo Sea. Through the well-designed ice-breaking games, colleagues quickly broke the boundaries, laughter and cheers intertwined, and the distance between each other was quietly shortened.
Among the many wonderful team-building activities, the "Challenge Gothenburg Project" is undoubtedly one of the most creative and challenging highlights. During the design and production process, each group must not only ensure the perfect execution of its own tasks, but also communicate frequently with other groups to ensure seamless connection between each link. From conception to material selection, to countless tests and adjustments, each step embodies the sweat and wisdom of team members. With the pressing of the start button, the Gothenburg device started to operate smoothly, and thunderous applause and cheers broke out on the scene. At that moment, it was not only a tribute to scientific and technological productivity, but also an echo of the spirit of teamwork.
The subsequent prefabricated model assembly game session of Yipuji was a knowledge feast that deeply integrated theory and practice. With the order, the members quickly entered the role and began the intense and orderly work around their respective model blueprints. The air was filled with the breath of concentration and exploration. Every precise docking of parts was a test of spatial perception and logical thinking. The technical question-and-answer session stimulated the professional potential of each member. In the communication and discussion, everyone not only consolidated their professional knowledge, but also further clarified the team's goals and direction.
As night fell, a unique bonfire party lit up the starry sky of Nanshan. Standing around the fire, everyone shared delicious barbecue, and singing, dancing and laughter intertwined into the most moving melody. The joy and challenges of the interesting game sessions in the party made everyone's hearts more closely connected, and the warmth of the team bloomed in every smiling face.
The next morning, with the first ray of sunshine, the energetic Yipuji people started the new day with a morning run, and welcomed the orienteering task in Nanshan Bamboo Sea with full energy. On the winding mountain road, team members encouraged each other and overcame difficulties together. Every time a task was completed, the team cohesion was qualitatively improved. In the embrace of nature, everyone not only challenged themselves, but also deeply experienced the power of teamwork.
Although the two-day team building activity was short, it brought Yipuji people not only unforgettable memories, but also unlimited enthusiasm and expectations for future work and life. "Everything grows, and love continues" is not just a slogan, it has been deeply rooted in everyone's heart and has become the source of power that drives Yipuji to move forward continuously.
